1. The club shall be known as the Ramsden Heath Social Club.And will a mutual concern. 2. There will be a committee elected annually of no more than 16 members. 3. The committee will be responsible for the running of the club and will have the power to refuse or withdraw membership to anyone who is disruptive to the responsible and effective functioning of the club. 4. Subscriptions will be paid yearly, on the 1st of September. If membership is taken up after 1st March then 6 months subscription will be payable. The amount of subscription for the year will be decided by the committee. No subscriptions will be returnable under any circumstances.. 5. Members must be aged 18 or over. 6. Subscriptions will be paid within 4 weeks of the due date, which will be notified. Failure to do so will result in the membership being terminated. 7. A membership card will be issued and must be shown when attending the club, or when buying tickets for events. The card remains the property of the club and must be returned should the member wish to terminate his/her membership. 8. Membership will be available to persons outside the parish provided they are proposed and seconded by two members of the club. 9. Each member may sign in up to 2 guests on any one night unless otherwise stated. 11 Children of members will be admitted free on most occasions but must be accompanied by the member. The member will be responsible for the actions of his/her children 12. Tickets to functions or outings will be offered on a first come firs served basis. Tickets for guests will be available but the committee will decide how many for each event. 13. The committee have the right to interpret the rules as they see fit, and may alter rules at any committee meeting where seven or more committee members are in attendance.
